What You’ll Do
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
- Drive business development from 0 to 1 and scale for long-term growth, working on both early-stage partner acquisition and expanding mature partnerships.
- Leverage opportunities from the company’s top-tier investors and the broader VC ecosystem, utilizing their networks, portfolio companies, and industry influence to accelerate enterprise partnerships and ecosystem growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development initiatives with market demand.
- Represent Palabra at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to position the company as a thought leader in AI-driven language technology.
- Expand Palabra’s presence in key industries such as media, streaming services, customer support, real-time communication, and global enterprises.
Who You Are
- A proactive deal-maker who can drive business development from 0 to 1 and scale beyond, unlocking partnerships that fuel long-term growth.
- An excellent negotiator and relationship-builder, capable of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Well-connected in venture capital, enterprise SaaS, media, or technology ecosystems, with the ability to leverage networks for BD opportunities.
- Data-driven and product-minded, able to structure BD efforts using both strategic partnerships and scalable go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, with a proven ability to drive both early-stage (0 to 1) and large-scale growth efforts (bonus for experience in AI, SaaS, voice/audio tech, or real-time communication).
- Experience working across multiple industries, with a strong understanding of sectors such as media, streaming services, language services, customer support, real-time communication, enterprise software, and events.
- Deep understanding of US go-to-market strategies, with experience launching and expanding partnerships in the US market.
- Ability to drive negotiations, structure win-win deals, and develop long-term strategic relationships at both the startup and enterprise levels.
