About the role

We have a SaaS platform with an API for real-time speech translation, and we see a massive demand from B2B companies that want to use speech translation in their products. So we want to make our API the most convenient and reliable tool for them.

We seek an experienced Head of Product with solid hands-on experience in AI/ML API products who will lead the development of our real-time speech API.

In this role, you will:

• Define and own the product strategy for our real-time speech translation API.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
• Identify market opportunities and customer pain points, shaping features that deliver competitive advantage.
• Define the developer experience (DX), including documentation, SDKs, sample apps, and tutorials.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive, developer-friendly APIs.
• Engage directly with customers, from enterprise leaders to developer communities, to deeply understand use cases and needs.
• Work with GTM teams (sales, marketing) to drive product adoption, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with other members of the AI research team and the development team.
• Use project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to track progress, align stakeholders, and maintain transparency.
