About the role

We're searching for a Lead QA Engineer to head our quality assurance department, ensuring that all our software products, from innovative AI-driven real-time speech translation applications to comprehensive cloud SaaS solutions, meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive automated and manual testing on various platforms.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and strategies.
• Collaborate with software development and machine learning teams to integrate good quality assurance practices.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Base qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge of performance and scalability testing, particularly in distributed and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Python, QA test tools, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern building, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
• Solid experience with Linux.
