About the role

We are building low-latency media services where performance and reliability are critical.

In this role, you will:

• Work on real-time audio/video processing pipelines, utilizing AI models developed by our research team.
• Investigate and resolve low-level performance and stability issues in production systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Integrate and debug external SDKs and native libraries.
• Collaborate with the team to design and improve services for live translation and media delivery at scale.

Base qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in system-level programming: memory management, pointers, concurrency, and working with low-level APIs. Experience with languages such as C, C++, Rust, or Zig is highly relevant.
• Willingness and ability to work with Go and quickly pick up new technologies.
• Experience integrating external SDKs, working with bindings (e.g., CGO), and debugging cross-language issues.
• Basic understanding of audio/video transport: buffers, formats, and standard streaming protocols (e.g., WebRTC, RTMP, SRT, HLS).
• Strong Linux experience, plus familiarity with modern build systems, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
